DAVID OSBORN
At 26, David Osborn returned to Austin broke and unemployed after hitchhiking around the world. With little capital but a clear vision for the life he wanted, he set out to build it from the ground up.
David began his real estate career alongside his mother and quickly turned a modest start into extraordinary scale. Within a decade, he had helped build one of the nation's leading real estate brokerages. In 2025 alone, the company generated nearly $10 billion in sales volume.
Along the way, he founded over 50 companies, with at least 25 operating profitably today. He is the Co-founder and Chairman the residential private equity firm Waterloo Associates and authored multiple New York Times bestsellers on wealth creation.
For David, financial success has always been about creating freedom: the freedom to spend time with the people he loves, explore the world, pursue meaningful challenges, and help others build lives on their own terms. He is a father to Luke, Bella, and Cheaven and continues to build his life around family, adventure, and growth.
